These terms govern your use of insigrareports.com, the digital products sold on it, and the Insigra platform. By placing an order or creating an account you agree to them.

About us

Insigra Reports is a business based in New Delhi, India. Contact: hello@insigrareports.com.

Digital products

Research reports, Excel systems, presentation frameworks and other files are delivered by download link on the order confirmation page and by email after payment. Each purchase grants a single-organisation, internal-use licence: you may use and modify the files inside your organisation; you may not resell, redistribute, publish or share them, or remove Insigra's attribution. Team and enterprise licences are available on request.

The Insigra platform

The platform is a subscription service that connects to systems you authorize, analyzes the data and delivers a weekly business brief.

• Trial. 14 days, no card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe or the account closes; no charge is made without your action.
• Subscription. Billed monthly or yearly at the price shown on the pricing page. Prices may change; existing subscribers are told at least 30 days before a change applies to them. Founding 25 pricing is fixed for the life of the account.
• Cancellation. Cancel any time from your account. Access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused time.
• Your data. Data from connected sources remains yours. Insigra accesses it read-only, uses it only to produce your briefs, and deletes it when you disconnect a source or close your account.
• Acceptable use. Don't connect accounts you aren't authorized to connect, share logins, or use the service to break any law.

Intellectual property

The website, products, frameworks, models, layouts, text and analysis are Insigra Reports' intellectual property under Indian copyright law. Briefs generated for your account are yours to use inside your organisation.

No professional advice

Products and briefs are decision support, not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Projections are labelled illustrative and are not guarantees. Decisions taken on the basis of them are yours.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Insigra Reports is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, products or platform. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or subscription period that gave rise to it.

Governing law

Indian law applies. Disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms.
