Products
Insigra Reports publishes research reports, business intelligence frameworks, Excel-based operating systems, presentation templates, and other digital products. Digital products are non-tangible downloadable products delivered online via secure download link on order completion.
License
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, each purchase grants the buyer a single-user, internal-use license. This means:
- You may use the product within your own organization
- You may modify the templates for internal use
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with third parties
- You may not publish the contents on any public platform or social media in a way that reproduces the work
- You may not remove copyright notices, attribution, or branding from the files

Pricing and payment
All prices on the site are stated in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically via download link on the order confirmation page and by email immediately after successful payment. There is no physical shipment.
Limitation of liability
Insigra Reports products are provided for informational and decision-support purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insigra Reports is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the products. Total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
