Insigra Reports ("Insigra", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit insigrareports.com, buy a digital product, or use the Insigra platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Insigra Reports is a business based in New Delhi, India. You can reach us at hello@insigrareports.com.

What we collect

When you buy or sign up: name, email address, billing country, company name if you give it, order history and download records. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Razorpay or PayPal; we never see or store card, UPI or bank details.

When you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and cookies used for cart, login and analytics.

When you connect a data source to the Insigra platform: aggregated performance data from that source — spend, impressions, clicks, sessions, leads, orders, revenue — by campaign, channel and date. Access is read-only and authorized through the provider's own login. We do not read customer personal data from advertising platforms and we do not read message content from email or CRM tools. How we use it

• To deliver digital products and produce your weekly briefs
• To send order confirmations, download links and invoices
• To answer support requests
• To send occasional product and research updates, which you can stop at any time
• To detect fraud and to meet tax and accounting obligations under Indian law

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: Shopify (store and checkout), Razorpay and PayPal (payments), our email and analytics providers, our hosting and connector infrastructure, and government authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw marketing consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Email hello@insigrareports.com; we respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

Order and tax records are kept for eight years as Indian law requires. Platform data is removed when you disconnect a source, and all workspace data is deleted when you close your account. Marketing data is kept only while you are subscribed.

Cookies

We use cookies for cart, login and analytics. You can disable them in your browser; some features may stop working. US visitors can opt out of data sharing on the privacy choices page.

Changes

We update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
