Refund policy

Digital products

Reports, Excel systems and presentation files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales are final. We will refund in full if, within seven days of purchase, you email hello@insigrareports.com and one of these applies:

• The file is corrupt or unreadable and we can't provide a working replacement
• The download link failed and we couldn't deliver within a reasonable time
• You were charged twice for the same order
• The product is materially different from its description

Change of mind, compatibility with software you chose not to install, and requests after seven days are not eligible.

The Insigra platform

The 14-day trial is free and needs no card, so you can decide before paying. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time; access runs to the end of the paid period and unused time is not refunded. If a billing error occurs — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — we refund it in full.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method, within seven business days of approval.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Genuine problems are usually resolved within one business day.
